NHS IOW HuBIsorropia Foundation is a mental health and wellbeing organisation based on the Isle of Wight. We offer a workshop-based programme designed to empower individuals with practical strategies for stress management, resilience building, and fostering a positive mindset. It was one of my first points of contact during a time of crisis and helped me discover my own neurodivergence.
